You have seconds before the round starts to reload, don't worry. An extra few bullets doesn't matter unless you spray all of your bullets in a round of SnD. If it's TDM, people are bound to die close to you. -

its a free to play game, They arn't going to fix it the second it happens.

Actually, I find problems, and find ways to avoid them, which you have obviously failed to do. Just put your AWP in your Bag 2. Won't happen. But, you don't do it, and then go and whine. Every game has glitches. Checking can be as easy as moving an eyeball, which, if you are too lazy to do, then I actually and truthfully feel sorry for you.
And yes, anybody can 5K with 5 bullets in a pub, I call it headshots with an M4 or AK. Or, we can go about this the easy way. 5 bullets from your AWP = 5 kills if you can call yourself a sniper. -

Ironic you should say that...
There isnt one guy making patches. There are teams set for specific things. For example a tyeam will design content, another will make it and the build engineer will turn it into a patch. Theres a whole other team for coding and bug fixing... These 2 things are done at the same time and one does not affect the others time.
Im not even sure SmileGate know about this bug... i dont recall it ever being reported
