I`ve searched in google and nothing and i have no idea wth is wrong

When i render is all white.
Can some of you guys help me?

I don't use vegas that much but if I'm correct all you need to do is put that yellow line in the time you want the effect to show and it will show SOOOOOOOOOOO just move that thing to the time you want the effect to show...
