Sending in a support ticket for a friend?

K so one of my clan members couldn't log into crossfire today, when he started the game it said "you cannot access the test server". When he tries logging into the z8games website, it says "your account is currently blocked from playing crossfire from z8games due to hack. your account was blocked on 1/7/2011 at 8:47 PM eastern time and will not be unblocked until January 14th 2011 8:47PM EST" He was inside a game and it got glitched somehow, he was shooting people and it showed them committing suicide whenever he would shoot them and they couldn't shoot him back. He does NOT hack, the only thing that he can think of that could have caused this is that he unplugged his internet during the game because he was lagging a lot more than usual and in the past he's tried this and it has gotten rid of most of the lag.

My question is this: If I send a support ticket about this for my friend (he and a couple people have already done so), will it help at all? his IGN is DannyX99 and I am sure he does not hack, if I had any doubts on that I wouldn't be trying to help him right now.

Also If you could have at all without me needing to support a ticket I would be grateful, but nothing can be done unless I send it a support ticket I'll do that.

    Had the same problem and got banned for 7 days 5 times in a row...

    Really sucks, the only thing you can do is wait and if you get banned again then you might have to reinstall windows like I had to do..

    Edit: I do think he should be unbanned because I played with him before, and I know he doesn't hack..
    I heard from himself that he was glitched, which also happened to me but didn't get me banned somehow, he deserves a proper look at this and since it as a glitch INSIDE the game, more likely a game error bug, he should be unbanned ;)

    hey im lt of OldLegends me and danny play alot together and i know for a fact he is not a hacker and i feel upset for him cus it is the weekends looking foward to play but he got blocked and ive played with danny alot to know he is not a hacker and he is a great nice player and loves this game

    He has been banned by the autoban, either he had a hack, had some sort of injector, or somebody hacked on his account.
    Sending tickets will probably not help as he has been detected using some sort of hack or hacklike program

    clearly you did not read everything I wrote, I said he does NOT hack, and nobody "hacked on his account", because he was online when it happened. Technology malfunctions sometimes and that's a fact. I'm guessing when he unplugged his internet it messed something up and the auto-detection went off, so please unban him. once again, he does NOT HACK.

    Sorry for necroposting but that is very interesting. Does that mean you can get banned because of certain bugs because of the autoban system?

    A while ago I had the same bug on Complex. I was totally invisible, had the ability to switch teams ingame and I was able to shoot everyone in the room. Quite fun cause they never found out who killed them...

    He's not blocked for hacking, "You are blocked from the test server" is just a message stating that you are banned from the game. However there are other reason you could be banned.

    Your friend isn't banned for hacking, however he is blocked right now for another reason. If he logs onto the website he will see why.

    There isn't anything wrong with this case.
