The account is property of Z8Games. Therefore, you cannot sell it.

There could be, It's under both Canadian and International law if you read the ToS.
It's not yours, meaning you're selling someone else's property.
You can't take your neighbor's house and sell it though they own it without breaking the law, can you? -

i suppose you r right, but there r lots of people selling accounts for example on youtube, i dont think that account selling is something z8 can do anything about unless people r stupid to go around saying they bought this account or that r selling there's -

It's not hard to get the evidence needed. If G4Box wants to, they can take the action. If this was the case, They could get YouTube to give them the information they needed on the User.
And by the way, Most stuff on YouTube is false, for a scam/keylogger. -

Imagine that you've rented a home from a landlord and after sometime you sold it without his permission.
It's basically like this here.
except the furniture (i.e. weapons, equipment, characters) were bought by you--they did not come with the home. yet the landlord will not let you take your furniture with you and sell it when you decide to move out.

But when you signed the contract you promised the Landlord that anything you'll buy will belong to him. :S
