Question about the unfair kick ?
All of us has come through at least once in his CF life. Kicked unfairly .For some reason we can`t take off the kick which is there to kick hackers and people who may insult and swear to others ,etc .But the main one stand for the hacker .
How does a hacker affect your game ? well he will first of all take all the wins or the biggest part of it and let few wins for you or will kill you and thus make you lose the possibility to have wins . am I right ?
Well how does the unfair kick affect you ? Same as a hacker affect your game and even worst. You lose ALL the win you got and the long hard time it took you to have those wins.Think of how many times you have been bound to restart your mission cause someone abused of the kick button

Now I Want to know your opinion about this . Are those people using the kick button unfairly not eligible to a ban at the same title of a hacker ?
I don`t go further in more details about this topic but will wait for wise answers positive or negative ,then I will say more about my thoughts concerning the matter .May be I will not have to cause some people may probably bring their own positive proposal about it .

well, not really, evre1 abuse the kick fonction from time to time, even me. i somtimes see som1 getting kicked without proves and f11 just for the sake of getting more kills ( although i will never start the kick.) going to banning those who abuse the kick fonction is going a bit too far as some of them might not be kicking to be an *** but rather by ignorance.

And some people might think that the good player is actually hacking. -
well .. i hate getting kicked -.-
Sometimes ihave a relly good day in CF and then i have like 20-0 in GM (as GR) after 8 rounds. and then they call me waller/hack.er.
Last time there were 2 aimbotters in my team. Killed all ghost in the first 5 seconds, and they didnt notice it and just complained about me.

Well not really? but then you admit to being to kicking people just for the sake of it?
Shameful.
You are exactly the type of player (I shall restrain myself from insults), who I don't want to see in this game and shows why alot of us want rooms without kicking voting. -

Kick vote abusers are worse than hackers hands down.
Hackers do get banned eventually, QQ'ers that request kicks and idiots that start kicks get no punishment whatsoever no matter how blatant the abuse is and another thing is; hackers do most of the time give you a challenge and make you play better and you do learn new skills or tactics to deal with them, there is no positives to QQ'ers or kick vote abusers.
So that's my opinion on the all the scum of the community. Now lets look at kick vote:
I got called an hacker to in Temple Ruins by a BR yesterday that was 1 shotting and botting in the UK servers (yea dumb-asses play there), I'm like 15-20, he is like 80/1 and I snipe his ass and he's like "aff Dessent FDP sniper racker kika", then the noobs kicked me.
Prior to that I got kicked 2 times.
I think most of the QQ'ers do have hacks or have hacked and now they noob so they whine like little girls.
Like I said yesterday in response to someone requesting at least 1 channel per server where there is no kick voting:
You can play 1v1's not to get kicked, stack rooms, play FFA or MM.
What if no friends/clannies are on and you don't want to 1v1, play MM or FFA? Let people play what they want without getting kicked, the QQ noobs can simply keep out, and their "dilemmas" they present at kick vote improvement ideas are then redundant, they cannot in anyway possible oppose this.
What I'm currently doing is this:
I'm sick of getting kicked and hacked on by teams that won't kick hackers that shoot through walls, so this lately I have been doing my own improvements to kick vote and that is 'just deserts':
1) I play with a clannie in nearly all games, so that's one f12 and he tells me who tried to kick me (I do likewise).
2) I have my laptop open next to my PC on an alt account, this can come into play for an additional f12 for wrongful kicks, or f11 if there is an hacker.
3) Using the alt I can join the room on the enemy team and start kicks against hackers when they won't or are limited.
4) Using the alt I can join the room and start kicks against kick vote abusers (if I did get kicked), and my clannies kick on the abuser fails or the clannie is on the other team.
For the most part the above goes well, the worst I had to put up with is a wrongful kick but then I joined on my alt and initiated a kick against him and then congratulated him via whisper on the account he kicked saying "You kicked me, I used another account to kik you lulz".
He replied back "foda-se FDP", so it annoys them just as much as they annoy you. What did he say in English: "f' you son of a b***ch":D
Another guy in GM was the ACE and BL were QQ'ing and calling him "wall hack" and requesting we kick, he wasn't at all, so we didn't kick, then my clannie tells me (just when I aced) "He's trying to kick you", so I played into the QQ'ers hands and started a kick saying "Wall hak f11", he got kicked:)
Turn the tables on the little mardy ass jealous kids maybe, just maybe they'll stop doing the crap the do. -
OK nice answers from you until now . and this bring me to the point of the second part of that topic I did not mentioned .
People respect the rules of the forum and the rules in game ( apart the trolls and hackers .)
We should make a (Before kicking someone ) Guide and Z8 should put the rules concerning of any unfair kick. I already have some good ideas for that guide and I am sure that plenty of people will add useful tips of how to detect a hacker and in case of doubt they can still report the person they think is hacking .This guide may be an all purpose guide . with the help of the mods to clean useless post or troll post in it .
Do not forget that ignoring the rules or law is punishable .
On the other side people will think twice before they open the vote kick .
and you will need to report the guy who kicked you and I am sure if you are intelligent enough you will see if that guy did it by ignorance or is a kickass guy for his own profit.
We will need to have some more options in the replay system to check who begun the vote .
Most players play in habitual channels and map , so they will with or has already the experience of knowing the habitual players playing on the same channel as him.and by consequence know who is who and if the hackers are ban then will remain the legit and the use of abusive kicks will bring a bigger pure oxygen breath to CF legit players ,if rules and punishment are brought to it.:) -

plenty of work can be done if people want to help Z8 who is giving a free game to us. But still the point stand there " Do we care about others or we only care about our ego? " Do people play as a team in a team work game ? Do people know the meaning of ( team work )?Are we intelligent enough to understand that`s it`s our duty to clean our house so that we can enjoy the environment ?
So many questions and so many answers that will stay unknown.
Edit to add this :" someone said the other day in a post that the forum is the heart of CF . I will say the the forum is the head of CF and as the brain control the entire body of a being , so why not let the forum control the rest ." The none forumers knows about laws even without coming here .How do they knows about the laws ? So they can still stay away from the forum and take notice about the new rules . -
You cant do anything about the unfair kick. By the time you noticed it, you are too late! I facepalm then move on to a different server/channel or another room that has the game mode you want to play.

This is where the Replay will have its role to play . as soon as you get kicked you can save the replay and find who vote kicked you and you can send the replay as an evidence of an unfair kick and get him punished( Of course the replay system must have that option )You cant do anything about the unfair kick. Z8 must help us to help them . Don`t say that there will be a flood of work and fake reports . May be at the beginning there may be some work but on a longer time all players will be aware of what type of fire they are playing with and I am sure that we will have a cleaner game and forum. cause no one will have to come here to QQ about kick , hack and other useless stuffs . Less flame and less infraction . EVERYONE win situation. -

Everyone will QQ, everyone will put up an unfair vote. End of story. Don't complain about it, because it happens to the best of us. I go 18-4 on GM at Complex and get kicked by noobs. I was playing against all below SFC. I played with all Master Sarg and higher, went 40-3, wasn't kicked. A lot of them asked me to join there clan, but none of them kicked me.
Some games you win, some you lose, and some you get kicked out of for 'hacking' by being a good player. Deal with it.
By the way, pointless thread right here. ._. -
I have plenty of those SS . Here I am voted and I let you guess about the result of the vote . Get 5 like of this per day and then add all together and think about the guy who kicked you and that he is just happily laughing there in the room while you lost all your kills + exp + the GPs ( GP are sooooo hard to gain )and thay guy will continue his noob kicks on others without being punished . Think of it Z8 , or any MODs , GMs who loves justice and respect .

What's that a noob cannon? Because I've been called noob playing with lots of weapons. Last time I've been called noob because of my weapon I was playing with DSR-1.
Noobs cannons are weapons that require no skill to use. I.E. The Scar Light, the M12s, the Dual Desperados, the Field Shovel, the Katana, and such and such. -

I never do BL. I only do GR. I do it with my M16A2, and my USP, and a knife. I own some of the so noob cannons. But that is for when they use them on me. I own the Scar Light, that's it. I also have a 90 day shovel which I got with coupons saved from a lot of GP crates.
I do not own SPOP, STARS, of the other one. I have no need. I own one, and that is the default on. Now what do you have? SPOP/STARS with a ScarL and an M12s? -
