in uk 1 server needs to be bigger rank players only idk how big but bigger cuz when there is rookie or something always when i get 3 kills he screams haker and he screams screams and then they kick me -.- usually i get kicked 4-8 times a day is that normal? how bad i have to be to not get kicked?

You would be surprised at how many times you actually get put up for kick voting without knowing.

How noob have you got to be to play? Hrm

1) Good players get kicked.

2) Average players get kicked.

3) Noobs get kicked.
