client file corruption detected?

I have just freshly installed the game. when i go to start the game it goes to load then i get a black screen followed by a window stating "client file corruption detected". any help with this?

if u got windows 7 , make sure u right click the crossfire application then choose "compatibility" then tick the last 1 "run this program as administrator" if not u just have to make sure u got graphic card working properly....if not.. have played it on ur pc ?
