If im playing, and i get pushed into the wall by some random guy, whilst walking in a tight space, or i am planting the bomb and it goes into a glitch, even though i am not trying to glitch, can i still be banned?

No, unless you continually glitch every round.... and somebody reports you.

I'm not gonna say its impossive since c4 glitches are pretty hard to stumble upon at random, they require some careful placement.

But as a general rule, no, you don't get banned if its not repeated.
