Probably because many of the American players have moved on to other games, thanks to the hacking problem that will NEVER be solved (not without blocking all new registrations from using free email addresses, including yopmail, gmail and many others).

Internet providers give out email addresses FOR FREE to customers. You DO pay for your internet, don't you? Or your parents do? Everyone *I* know who has internet at home has an ISP, and therefore has an email available. It's your parents? OH TOO BAD!! Maybe you need to actually *GASP* ask their permission before installing a game? Or do parents not raise their kids these days?
It's still pretty shocking--I have YET to be proven wrong after 4 years, and STILL the companies don't do the obvious thing and block these free email providers. I mean, you can NOT have your cake and eat it too. Want the hackers gone? STOP THEM FROM REGISTERING. PIECE OF CAKE. It's not rocket science is it?
I don't see people crying about the Korea SSN to play on Asiasoft or whatever Korean services are over there. They manage--and guess what? They don't hack.
I just got out of a pub game and there were FOUR--count'em--FOUR aimbotters in the game, with the rest of the poor players having scores like 1-60 or something...if those immature teenagers or adult failures would be blocked from registering for their hacks, we wouldn't be having this problem.
Besides, why are you complaining? You already have an account. Existing accounts IN GOOD STANDING will not be blocked.
I swear I wish I had some gaming friends who could start up a company and make a decent FPS, or even license an existing one, and show these other companies that this system would work.... -

it's not just an American game, it was probably made to accommodate the rest of the world; because the other versions were restricted to the respective country...
sorry i spoke of other versions, but thats my reason why we have CFNA, for the rest of the world -

Nope . I play on UK 4 everyday 6hrs but most of the time GM. Maybe they don`t like Ghosts mode but I see only English language in the rooms I play. " very rare Portuguese but from time to time some French or German .yup, usually its jajaja or something like that, in UK servers its even worse tho -

uh dude, alpha through foxtrot are all servers in Canada... West coast has a server in LA, and there was a Miami server which now probably known as South American Server..
oh did I mention that the UK servers were in the UK?

they just have to get a new anti hack programm. it's aweful to play cf these days.
