question to kill mark ... pls help me

hi all I've downloaded from the internet kill marks are inserted and no matter what the stars marks always moved. head shot and stuff is not all just the stars. tried it already with new install but does not work out -.-. can you help me there? mfg

Ever since the badges, the marks have been a little messed up. For the stars to be in the the center of the wings, the maker of your marks has to change its position.
