New vote kick system

I play fair, but I every 2-3 game on Ghoust mode I get kick, becouse noobs which play doesn't use headphones, play few days and don't use brain.
I suggest change vote kick
OLD vote kick (8v8):
10 vote accept and 6 no accept and kick player

NEW vote kick (rang is imoprtant):
TRAINEE 1 - PRIVATE - can't vote
PFC - CORPORAL - can't start vote
others - can star vote and vote

If kick is (8v8):
TRAINEE 1 - SERGEANT 4: 9 vote accept and 7 no accept and kick player
STAFF SERGEANT 1 - MASTER SERGEANT 6: 10 vote accept and 6 no accept and kick player
SECOND LIEUTENANT 1 - CAPTAIN 8: 11 vote accept and 5 no accept and kick player
MAJOR 1 - LIEUTENANT COLONEL 8: 12 vote accept and 4 no accept and kick player
COLONEL 1 - COLONEL 8: 13 vote accept and 3 no accept and kick player
BRIGADIER GENERAL 1 - MAJOR GENERAL 6: 14 vote accept and 2 no accept and kick player
LIEUTENANT GENERAL 1 - LIEUTENANT GENERAL 6: 15 vote accept and 1 no accept and kick player
GENERAL 1 - MARSHALL: Permanent no kick

I suggest delate vote kick

Rank doesnt matter as much. Just means how long you've been playing. Higher ranked players might be more "noobish" than lower ranked players. So I doubt this will work..

i don't understand at all but from what smilyface said, rank means nothing at all. I saw a lot of high ranked player hacking these days

Lots of leutinants hack, so ranks dont work. you could do it be the time you started playing cf. an Marshals may be hak.s

All the problems start from hackers and cf adm dont do anything. Thats why high rankers start hacking. They know if use vip hack that is very small posibility to banned. Usually report the hackers but no1 saw my video and no1 banned thats why stop the reports. Why spend my time to saw video replay to be sure that the report is correct, mark so many details and obvious hackers still have their acc active? Agree that the vote system is unfair but they dont give a damn about hacking why u r believe that they change it.
