File changed?

I have downloaded and installed this wonderful game, but after playing one session and leaving, then trying to play it again, it comes up with a error box saying the file has changed (this is after the security and bits have popped up, just before the full-screen game starts).

I am assuming this is a install error.

Can someone help please?
