This ribbon is bull****. I reported a hacker a few days ago, today I saw his profile and he continued to play and still got this ribbon, and the replay that I sent left no doubt that he was using hacks.

I have it, but since a butterbar I reported recently still has his I'm not sure it's that valuable. Sort of like the one my brother got for helping to rescue some Vietnamese boat people. Even the guys who were off duty sleeping below deck got one for that.
