FPS drops at ingame fonts.

i maked topic in ideas/suggestion thread ... but i figured out ... i need help to fix this problem.

it happens on every map awhile playing ...

when somebody chatting, or messages like "somebody won weapon" or "friend logged in" ... or popup of "vote kick"(cuz at this popup window are 3 lines of this buggy font) my fps goes drastically down ... from 50 - 70 to 25 - 40

longer chat, more words = more fps down...

have someone solution for it ?

surely "/d"-command helps to delete chat (my favour command in cf *..* lol, to normalize fps) but it's really solution ?

Happens to me too, when chat gets flooded idk why the fps gets down :S not drastically like u said but like 100 to 90 for example.

well for high fps user is this trouble not relevant ... but evryone who count each fps which he can get it's a big problem... i'm sure we need more posts to involve some mods to this topic *..*

Try using game booster. I have same problem when the chat is flooded with spam, but when I use this program the fps is good, doesn't drop anymore.

u mean "IOBIT" game booster ? ... and when ... wich version v1 or v2 ? i use win7x64 bit and when i played with gameboosterv2 basically fps dropped. so deintalled it.

on ESL we cant use Gamebooster or other type of such program i think i'm quitting esl because it's getting like WOGL ESL on crossfire is sucking esl is better on CS games.

well lol game booster doesnt affect crossfire ... it stops some services to get more cpu/ram-freespace for gaming ... after u turn gamebooster off it start this stopped services again ...

Well i have a good solution http://www.h33t.com/details.php?id=23b3f6e61d903285ee456ecd3ca611925b847209 i use this OS and it's awesome some heavy tools have been removed i noticed some changes, some higher fps 8vs8 60 now 90/100

well lol i hve win7x64 tweaked version too ... i have before winxp ... and had same troubles ... with same fps ... fps will not rise of ur os ... i have just t5800 cpu chip and not possible to get more fps when cpu not support to this.

also get u fps drop when someone typing ? *..*

15fps makes people to see video with stuttering ... 30 fps is smoth movementh video ...

with my 60hz monitor i need only 60fps ... all above is wasting energy fps

lol i dont get it. i have 100-200fps+ (different per map)
And im getting higly annoyed when my fps is below 60...

well then try to play with 30fps XD u will love ur current annoying ping-amount area
