Well the only way you could get your account back is if you had your email linked with an alternative email account like this.
If you don't cut your losses and start over. Also when you sent the support ticket it has to be the right kind of proof and you have to click "view details" when they do respond to get an answer to your problem. The same thing happened to my clan mate so i'll ask him what he did and PM you. Good luck. -

Thx robotgopher, im waiting the replies, i sent alot of support tickets in all ways, and no serious reply was, i really cant inderstand how after you spent such time and money in such game, then when you want to get your account back, you will not have any chance((, the hacker wasnt a noob for such thing, he stolen my account when i was sharing some data from my pc, and he changed the mail, at least all crucial proof and infos was in my hand, CF Staff pls help me seriously, im on my way to death ((((

For GM Saidin and Cross Fire Staff, you cant imagine how much i paid for my hacked account, please send me a private message which include a direct live chat in which i can contact you easily and give you all proof and details of my lost account, im really bored right now its not a kinda normal account to create another one, i spend alot to get such an account, just help me to get it back, im really very sad :'((

Thx 089Killer, im still waiting since 7 days now and i will wait more till i will get my right, i didnt sold it or tried to scam ppl with it, in return i found the account was temporarily banned after the hacker got it, i hope that CF stuff will not ignore me, all my friends wanted to get an account such mine, if it was a cheap one maybe i could forget about but i spend alot for my health (playing day and night), time, money to have like that, i was sick cuz of it alot of time and finally im waiting all the time for CF Staff to reply(((

i was sharing my pc with friends, i never thought that something will happen like that, and the hacker was a good friend( -
I'm guessing your info was: Username: Hackme and your pass was password.
i was storing all my infos in a text log file, MSN, mails, facebook, Cross Fire Accounts,other things... and i was sharing my pc with friends via the Damn "TeamViewer" i didnt thought that you can take a full control in the bakground -

if you have it on a textfile at least encrpyt with a password with a program or put it on your external hard drive, USB. Obviously, you don't know what teamviewer can do XD
i believe the guys who answer to our tickets are either on a 1 month holiday, or really need more help or have 1000 of unanswered tickets
if he's your good friend, tell his parent's what happened and the paretns would go hard on him, unless your somewhere where parent's don't care >:| -

He was a good friend but an internet one, he blocked me from calling him right now, and enjoying my account, who knows maybe he can sell it, alot of ppl gave me 2000 $ for that account (but im not selling it and i never do or scammed someone), thats why im very sad right now :''((( -

why exactly were u 2 team viewing?
and how would anyone know that you keep it all on a textfile and if you saw him doing all those things, just hard shut down you PC, or unplug you Ethernet cable -

i didnt know that first, dont take that very easy, cuz it was managed from the person himself to do it by a genius trick, i just known that only later, cuz i didnt played CF for a time -

im checking and sending support tickets everyday and everytime but no one is responding only "technical support Staff" who are redirecting me everytime to "Account administration" and no one is giving me good news, thats why im writing here too, hope someone of the staff help me( -
