suprise me. so, a freind of my mom have a problem with her computer, i offer to help her as i got a decent knowledge about it and i dont mind helping her. to fix her computer? i press enter at the: boot window normaly? screen.

If the computer isn't getting past the loading or login screen then it probably has a virus. If it does ur gonna have to get the reinstallation CD for Windows and set the computer up from scratch again. Reinstalling it will delete any information saved on that partition though and not to mention the time it's gonna take to reinstall all the drivers and software. GL to ya!
