Payment

MOD's don't get paid.
They're rewarded every month for the work they do. Keep in mind that MODs are just volunteers and are not employed. I think they get around 10k ZP a month, possibly more depending on the work they do.

GMs do get paid since they actually work in the Z8 offices in Toronto, Canada.
How much they get paid is a personal question so I doubt they'll answer you. But the GMs are formally employed.
