New Word...Devs

I here alot of ppl in this part of the forums saysing devs.....so im wonering WHAT IS DEVS O_o, yes ok im may sound noobish but im not really familiar with these terms as i have been plaing CrossFire for like 1 year or so now but only on forums for like barley a month total....so i need to increse my forum knowledge.
