Very good for the price. That's about £400.
In the UK that would probably cost about £600+ due to the ridiculous taxes on electrical goods.

Try to pick one with high efficiency and make sure you have enough room for error, overclocking or upgrading.
It's very important to choose carefully when it comes to PSUs.

5770 draw 110W max

so you can OC while running 2 5770 in crossfire on 500W PSU

It technically should be since ATi's minimum wattage is 450W.
Even though most (if not all) manufacturers of video cards will understate the required wattage, a 50W room for error isn't much. I suggest you go for a reliable 500W PSU.

I was thinking of using what TlTS showed me, the bundle with all that stuff plus
