To see the difference, watch 720p full screen.

Halfsize will make their names in the killfeed slightly blurry and fullsize will show their names clearly. The other is basically not that much of a difference unless you're a quality *****.

The text in half size is blurry because it is a small resolution beig stretched into a big resolution.

Full size is better quality.
