that button in the web form when reporting hacks that allowed you to add another IGN. It was very significantly useful, but was only around for a short amount of time. Can anyone give me a flame free explanation of what happened to it?

apparently there was a glitch where only the first name was reported so they took it out
presumably until they will fix it

That's what I'm currently doing, but I really don't want to make 5 individual reports per game just because they're not reading it.

i was wondering this too cuz every MM game i play has like 4 different hack.ers.

I really am sick of them and if you send the same replay file twice it says file already submitted so you have to change the file name.

z8 please ban the hacks!!!

We do not ignore it, any information is useful. But yes, it's an inconvenience we are aware of right now, that it takes two reports to report two "primary" names.

Having multiple names in the field was causing us problems with submissions. So we had to remove it for the time being.

i didn't know honestly when i commented i felt i was ignored
but placing an ign will not get the other hacker banned then?

Because I know what the support team goes through its actually easier for them to report them separate.

But I know they read all the comments, if there are other names in there they will check them when they do the review.

wait so your saying its easier for the support team to go through more reports for more IGNs rather trying to read a report with multiple IGN's for one game?

I thought the report is on a per-game basis.... not on a per-IGN
