Wall of shame
Today my history teacher told us that it was proven that the best way to punish criminals is by shame. I consider hackers criminals as hacking is a criminal offence just like stealing or murdering people etc. So I think there should be a special sticky thread where you can put up people who hack or once hacked (with screenshots and movies whatever you like) and well then people know who hacks and it puts them to shame. (Ofcourse when a players account is hacked and the old player gets his/her account back they get removed from the wall of shame thread.)
I personaly think its very bad that whe aren't allowed to post hackers even though I can understand the reasons against posting hackers I still think this would be a great idea and if you like this just support it even though we all know its never going to happen we can always try right?

I wouldn't put it on the same level as murder but it is annoying and illegal, but in reality no one is in any danger so it won't be taken as seriously.
As for the wall of shame thing, many hack noobs use ALT accounts and therefore they wont care -.-

I know that, thing is alot of people want to/try to put hackers on the forums so...
Also I know its not such a heavy offence as murder but its still 'bad' and 'criminalish'

Do you really think that hackers, give a <Bad Word> about shame. They're behind a PC screen, no one will ever find out who they are.
Like Britannia said, most hackers make new account after being banned and no one will recognise them in game.
The thread will be plain boring and no one would spend time looking at screenshots/video's of people messing up CF.

You wanna bet. There is a story about some people arguing about hacking on CS in an internet cafe and he got stabbed in the head. -

We use to have a public ban list. -
I have hacked in the past, and created hacks of my own for many other games other than this even. Do people care now? No. Do people have proof of my behavior? No.
By the way, it is sometimes very easy to spot out a fake account - You will notice the low rank, large kill/death ratio, and the moronic name (Example Name: _-01368*).
+1 to your idea. However, I don't think it will do much to solve future security/exploitation problems. -
We need to put a bomb inside those people who sells hacks, and a small handwritten note at the side of it's computer:
"Sir, if you ever touch a computer again, i'll be observing you, and the C4 charge i've put inside you will explode, and if you try to remove it, it'll explode as well, and if you jump too high, it'll explode... (motion sensors aren't flawless you know?)"
Well, i guess the devs could just lawsuit those [insert bad and offensive word for cheaters/hackers] ._.
