Make farming illegal
Well, I know it has been said b4 in this forum, but I wanted to retalk about it... And before posting, read what I have to say... Thank you
What is farming?
Farming is having 1 to 8 friends stand still and you kill them to get EXP, GP and Badges
Now why should farm become illegal?
You know, many players donate money to this game in order to win weapons, buy EXP+, gain more GP.. If someone farms for 5 hours with 6 friends, He will gain levels, badges AND weapons (badges gift= limited time / spend GP that they gained from farm to buy a weap=Permantly / spend gp to black market)
Then all players that donate and spend real money are just idiots. Don't take it personally, I am a ZP soldier too.
Additionally, They gain more kills, raising their kill death Ratio and are concidered of good players. Noobady will suspect a Colonel level guy for hacking, will he?
Please tell me your thought about it... Am I wrong?

And seriosly, farming can never be stopped. How are you going to implement a system to ban farmers? Some people are legitimitly good enough to kill 8 people in a row, and continue doing so. -

Ok they could just make it illegal and accept proofs like videos and / or pictures t oban guys that farm.
Well, you might not care, But i care. And i want to know if my money worth to be donated. Cause hacking and farming gives you kills and experience. The only deference is that Hacking is illegal. -
If people want to farm let them.. rank doesn't matter. The clan im in is rang 136 (i think) and right now we suck because of the hackers and that ping change whatever that was.. people with 300 ping shouldn't be able to even touch me with my 46 ping and I get owned by em.. somehow.. farmers should be the least of your worries.

Point taken, in this case, farming should be illegal. But what kind of farmer, or the farmed, rats out the others? Im pretty sure most farming matchs are probably private and hosted by clans. cough cults cough. -

your kinda dumb how they gonna make it illegal?
if they lower the exp skilled players will lose exp to T.T 1100 exp is max atm and i got it in a normal pub once so what if we want that and we wont get it the legit way T.T
If they wanna waste their time farming let them T.T they doing anything bad to you? -
We cannot control external dual boot or dual OS type programs that allow you to run two instances of Cross Fire at once.
We also cannot control a player inviting another player to play the game. Because that is exactly how the game was intended to be played.
We cannot control you allowing your friend to frag you over and over and over again without you fighting back. Or whatever it is that farmers do in these games consensually.
Think of it like, inviting a friend over to your house and telling him he can only stand in the corner of the room while you shoot paintballs at him. Since the abuse is voluntary it becomes very difficult to do anything about it. (ok maybe some sarcasm and hyperbole here, I'm not condoning you to shoot paintballs at your friend while he stands in the corner of your room).
We implement a kick method which kicks you if you afk for 2 minutes, and another kick for lobby afkers. And we cap the GP and EXP earned in games so that you can't reach infinitely high numbers for one game. We try to limit programs that invade the CF code to try and get around this, but there are some measures we'll never be able to take.
If we increased the extremes on these any more a regular player would never be able to level up.
Since farming players generally have less skill, and less care for what you think of them, I would just suggest ignoring them and stop caring about what they have.
We don't condone their actions, but for the most part we've taken all the steps we possible can against it. -

Hmm I understand... Thank you for your reply.. OK i now get it, there is no way to actually stop farming... But most of all I hate them cause they show off with their levels and KDR...

There are many hackers that act the same way- showing off, as if they own a
skill. Most of the players here are kids, who can be egocentric-(in other words
annoying)and its up to ourselves to choose whether we lower ourselves to them,
or ignore their arrogance. Anywys, you do have a point about farmers can be
a suspect of being a hacker. Because the whole clan may have passed the
hack on each other- to make farming faster. -
Farmers + Brazilians = Cash flow.
They would never ban farming nor brazilians.
Well, I'm sort of new to the forum- and I see how many people
are against Brasilians. I sort of don't blame anyone who does-
because most of the hackers that I've experienced have a BR
name (example: lulu_BR) or have a BR clan that clearly states BR
in the end. However, NOT ALL Brasilians are hack. It would be
good if they would have their own server to decrease a racial problem. -

Farming now is better than playing scrims or pubs / -

Why would you shoot paintballs in your room. -

But really, you are trying to stop something like Peer to Peer torrent/sharing software - it's not going to happen. Besides there is nothing wrong with helping someone out by letting them get kills/GP. Some people just get angry because they feel they worked hard for their exp/GP and ,as a result, they feel cheated when others take the easier/smarter path. Get 6 people, make a locked room, do anything you want. I have never bough ZP for this game and I never will. I suppose you get angry when people fill out surveys instead of buying ZP, right? -
You don't get it, I think what the creator of the thread is really mad about is that WE spend money on this game, while the farmers can get their money easily. Without really paying anything to begin with.

Which is why I demand that we get more gp for our dollar. 120k for 15 dollars is ridiculous. -

Hacking influences other peoples' performance aswell. farming's annoying, yes, but just worry bout urself and do well. If ur good enough, ur K/Dr and rank won't make much of a difference. -
