Need a good scrim clan

Hey it's me again and im still looking for that clan thats just right for me, well to tell you about me im a mainly a rifler but can snipe when need but will not till i get the DSR-1 only 12K EXP till i get it. If you want me then have the following,
Must have ventrilo if not then dont even post.
has to be a small scrim clan 15 members or less plz.
needs to a have a good strat caller.
Be pretty good and dont suck.
Good chemistry with all members of the clan.
and very active that means scriming daily because ill be on about 2-3 hours everyday.
