Well, if you have a multi-round match, and someone comes in on round seven with a cheat, they want to know about when they should pay attention to the replay (remember, there's no fast forward). Time is more for when, in a timed match, someone started to cheat in a noticeable manner. Like you have a 12 minute Egypt TDM, did someone walk into a column and start killing people at minute 7 or minute 3? This helps the staff in determining when to pause the replay and click on the player you named.
Pictures can be edited, this is why there's no possibility of using them as evidence for a ban.
  • Round that hacking occured is the rounds total.

The time that the hacking occured is the time which you seen the hacker use his hack blatently, so you have a good chance of the hacker getting banned.
  • but when someone wallhak in gm its easy just to post ss of that then whole replay :)
for other hacks its different but for this would be easy way to report and gm will see what is it about ;)
  • they should do there funking job an watch the hole thing 6 out of 10 games has a haker in it now most of them are 1 hit killing an shoting throu walls
  • Good think you cant see the time bc of the replay system...hopefully replay is fixed in the new patch
  • FYI that information is not mandatory.

That information is used by us to handle the report faster. If the person is just "hacking" then the round information or time may not matter. But if the person has turned a hack on halfway through, or at a specific time you want us to see, then you can add that information there.

The round is mandatory and has to be an integer. Whoever manages the support ticket prompts should note that in timed matches you could enter a 1. There might be people frustrated at trying to report someone in a 12 minute TDM.

I hope they do fix the replay problems. I know it has to be really a lot of trouble for you guys to go through an entire replay to see someone cheating 19 minutes in.

And what about ScreenShoot? Why do we have to save report for wallhaking in gm?

Because you cant "see" what they see as in you cant see if they actually can see you through walls.

    Cf Hacking Form?

5 ( Comments :) As we can say all we need about the Hackers ( if more than one )+ in this option and report all the hackers in one report , by stating their name and the hacks they used + the time and the round the hack took place . Why has the form got No.2 / 3 option ?

Yes in the description part we can state the time and round or rounds the hack took place . So I will repeat it " why do we need the option 2/3/4 ?"
And if you don`t give those specifications the report won`t go .
Without the FFW & RWD the demand of precision is a bit toooo much asked .

Because screen shots can be altered easily, and there might be missing context clues even with an unedited picture. Let's say a sniper just shot six people in a row and then moved behind a seatainer. A screen shot showing six kills and the sniper behind a seatainer may be misleading. A CFR showing the sniper standing in the open shooting at a seatainer and killing people coming out of spawn on the other end of the map is much more convincing.
