idea
this game has lots and lots of problems. these problems can affect gameplay for some people. some of these problems come directly from the person's computer. sometimes, its the game. unfortunately, most people don't have great knowledge technology involving computers.
what i'm trying to propose is, what if these boards had an official tech support team that would look at problems affecting the game for others, and then try to come up with a solution for the problem. i remember a while back, an unofficial support team was made, but i don't think they're around anymore.
the admins should set up an application process for people who think they can qualify to be on the support team. if we had a support team that knew what they were doing, it would help so many people.
i know some of you may say that the support ticket thing has a support team, but they take DAYS to reply back. sometimes, they don't even fix the problem or even give an appropriate answer.

that happens very rarely, as i've seen. most times, the replying posts are unhelpful and useless. -

well the support team is going to need a incentive to dedicate time like that, unless you hire professionals, if you're just picking up forumers then they should be similar to mods in rank -

Not in all cases, like today, they will mostly get smart a-- answeres from guys like you, with to much time on their hands, reading every single post being made, and just waiting for the chance of posting a smart a-- attitude post.
Are you maybe trying to become MOD? You have a good start with all your "no value" replays to every single post. -

nope just a procrastinating teen who doesnt want to start homework, a mod? hardly i dont have that much spare time on my hands, and if i did i would spend it with my girl, and the word your looking for is replys
really its my nature, when i see a ignorant guy posting about fail ideas well, i must add my 2 cents on why it is fail

no. didn't you read? THERE IS NO OFFICIAL SUPPORT TEAM. the only support responses you get are either from people who think they can fix a problem down in tech support, which by the way, is barely ever viewed. or you get an automated answer if you send a support ticket which comes back in like 3 days. -

go download fire fox and use the spell check, all day? hardly its been 30 minutes, and you have completely exonerated my suspicions that there is no hope for the human race or this forum for that matter
