Why is it this way?
I joined the forums around in the middle of October-start of November
But i was reading the forums for quite a long time.
The threads back then were nice. A lot of funny ones. People kinder.
Now some months after the forums died suddenly. A burst of racist against brazilians,QQing about hackers,Shouting against z8 for doing everything wrong,failed patch,kick vote suggestions,remove the kick system etc
I have one and simple questions.
You say you like CF and want to see it go better. But the heart of CF is in these forums. And you insist in destroying the forums.
People say always after a patch "fail patch" even though we get nice weapons and stuff they QQ because they see 1 hacker or 2. They also say we get stuid things because they don't get the weapon they wanted.
Brazilians are peopl. The are not the ones that hack(or at least the only ones). It's not their fault they lagg. They don't have their own server or version of the game so they join ours(the one closest to them)
Hackers are indeed an issue but GMs take a lot of reports every day and it's impossible to watch all the replays and see if the person really hacks.
GMs have a life you know, and hacking isn't the only or the main issu e of the company.
Z8Games does everything they can to bring good stuff.
Do we really need to be like the chinese version who has a million reskins of a weapon or overpowered ones.
Kick system is based in democracy which is the fairest system(majority)
It can't be changed in any way. Give host instant ingame kick abilities? It's becoming more of the rule-of-one. Give kick vote to high ranks/ZP buyers? This would be unfair for other players. So the kick system is fine as it is.
It's the people that abuse it.
Forums are the heart of the community.
It has now become as you call some people in game: "immature kids"
We made one step further. We ruined the game from the inside. The forums should be a place where intelligent discussions or nice debates/discussions happen.Even some funny threads.

We must stop doing that.

People are going to be people. If they don't get what THEY want, right NOW, then they aren't happy. It's quite sad but that's how the world works. It's all about me, myself, and I, for the majority. The forums make up a VERY small portion of what is known as the CF community, but you are right it is an important part. We should focus more on repairing the broken spirit of the people here, but it's easier said than done. Trust me.

Wrong. When hack-ers get a kik vote 8/6 they stay even though 8>6...
It's the community and are luck that fails. Hackers don't get kiked pros do. Such is life. I stopped cf (still try the missions). Will get zp when hack$ will be gone (obviously they aren't all leaving but at least get rid of the free hack$).

well most the people dont vote so a hacker is getting kicked in a 8vs8 the votes 9-2 and bang its 9-7 becuse 5 people didit bother voteing -
There is a problem with the kick voting system though. The people who don't vote get counted as f12's, instead they shouldn't be counted at all.
I agree 100%. I think this would fix A LOT of the problems where cheaters don't end up getting kicked because so many people don't vote. Unless the vote is at the start of a round, you're not going to get a full vote.

Now that you agree 100% with this , should we expect that it will get fixed or changed soon ?
By the way , most of the time when I disagree with a vote kick , I don`t vote cause I know it will count as F12.;) So maybe many people do like me :eek: -

You do realise z8 is not responsible for which content is placed in-game. It's the developers.

Our version of CF is a great game and i strongly prefer it from other games.
We have no overpowered guns and only a few stupid reskins.
But we have one of the worst communities.
Other games have communities helpful and dedicated to help the game.
What we only have is the majority of the community being unhelpful,trolling and QQing.
We havee to do something to help the community in any way possible. -

I do agree however the community is getting worse. It's not just in the forums though. Like MOD Polleus stated. It's like how the real world is today, All about Me, myself and I.

personal opinion...when the 200+ ping started.
I think the BRs found our game more attractive then anyothers...and the less mature (who would have kept their opinion to themselves at the time) gamers found it difficult to play, so started to rage. The majority of BRs themselves started to use hacks to help them actually get some gaming done...they got tired of taking forever to kill the normal
pingers.
The rage generated by the kids started to affect the more mature, but frustrated gamers.
Thus leading to our current demise.
I think the problem would be fixed if the BRs got their own server, yes i know it's not going to happen in my life, but once the laggers leave, than we can concentrate on the hackers, and when they go, the kick noobs will just be ignored.
I have nothing against BRs as a nation or people. but the laggers and pings i encounter are really the reason of frustration for any person to turn hacking...they just want to play like we do...
and if the game goes down...then so do the forums... -

I remember when Xtrap came , all the forum were like " thanks Z8 " it was a happy community.then begin the era of the mission stuffs .From that moment the hacking problems took a bigger dimension . Why ? simple to understand ." People stopped to kick the hakers to be able to get the WIN for HIS mission ".So the hakers understood that they are welcome in those type of mission and they nested there.Then when there were tooooooooooooo many in the nest , they begun to spread out and the plague begun ." they are not wanted in other game apart from the mission , then people begin to kick blindly .
Now that the plague has taken over the game and that people are getting mad at the in game situation , they come on the forum and spit their rage .
And as things are not easy and fast done by the RESPONSIBLE PARTIES , the community has gone mad and now QQ for no reason .
For me I don`t think that the community has change , there still some nice persons on the forum , jokes are still around . " Wait that the in game situation get fixed and you will see the some sunshine back on that forum ":)

Nope look at it the other way broski People in-game come to rage on forums.
Hence why there are so many threads identical. Because they have never heard of the 'search' button. -
