z8 points error

well i just bought z8 points from there webbsite and then when i checked the points in item mall i hadent recieved them. So i just want to know if there is any solution cause i dont think they will come later cause when i bought points before i receavd them instantly

oh and to all that tell me to just do surveys. I have and its not working for me
