Can't accept people into clan

When I click "accept" it gives me the following message - Sorry, this player is already a clan member.

Same with my members. They are accepted ingame, but in the clan sites and profiles, they are not..

They know its a problem and are working towards a solution,

as of now, most clan rank's have been restored, but I really can't confirm this on my clan because we truly don't care about rank in the end

Please be patient and wait for future word on what is going on...
Again, they know of the current problems with the clan site
