A good screan recording program.

Does anyone know a good screen recording program that doesnt lag the game.
Ive tried fraps but it makes me lag.
Ive tried hypercam but that makes me lag too.

Does anyone know if theres a program that lets you record great footage without makeing you lag.

I have PlayClaw. Work's with CS:S and I get amazing HD quality but x-trap doesn't like it.

I'm basing this off what you said, and I'm just going to be helpful by saying that there is no software that wont lag while recording for you. Best you can do is try Growler/Hypercam or other less known software and just record at low settings. Or upgrade your computer at some point, you will notice the difference.

i used to record with fraps and it recorded perfectly. now its just laging me.
I use alienware but after i updated it game recording programs don't work.

Fraps. Even if you don't buy it.. 30 seconds per. part to a montage, enough time to split it all up etc etc. I suggest full version tho, it's a beast.

PlayClaw has an option to change how the video is compressed so you can have bigger sized files and save some lag, however it isen't supported by xtrap, go spam support.

Their answer to my support ticket was, "pizz off and download another program" and I was like WTF.

Use Fraps:

Doesn't lag
Have to pay for it(But worth it)
30 Seconds a try(Like a post on here said, enough for a montage)

It's probably the best option if your playing CF.

I just understood, here, why fraps stopped recording at 30secs Oo.

Fraps is good but I would like somebody with a ****** (or just a serial) to post here or pm me please.

Edit: Maybe if a GM sees your videos he'll ban him.
