can i report multiple hackers with 1 report

i just played a game. a clan war with 2 hackers. can i report them both with 1 support ticket? i dont want to keep reporting

You need 2 separate tickets to report them both. At least it doesnt count against your allowable # of tickets for the day.

I report loads of players daily. I think in past 3 days i have reported well over 30 players VIA support tickets complete with replays attached. It may seem like a lot of work, but in my mind it is well worth it in the long run. The more people who do the same, the faster some of these problems may be taken care of.

Well worth the effort in reporting ALL hacks.

Once you start reporting players you cannot stop...

Id like to know, when can I delete the tickets ? I know the GMs dont reply, but after what amount of time can I delete the tickets and be sure they saw it ? Its just a clean-up thing, cos my support is filled with report tickets

The report system would be nice if something was actually done to the players I reported. Maybe they are just backed up in reports and not letting the noobs get away with shooting thru walls and all that good stuff. I don't mind reporting but it would be a lot nicer to see the result of the report

There is a sticky somewhere in the forums where fallen angel explains, that answered reports lead to spam reporting or something... just because they dont answer, doesnt mean they dont work on it

I recommend to stop reporting, It isnt helping the problem in any way. I report, but even after I do, I dont know what happened to the hacker, if he really got banned, if he made a new account, etc.

CF needs to get up and seriosly work their butts to fix this problem. Its kinda sad when other games get patchs nearly every week. We get patchs every other month. That shows you their level of dedication.

this is ridicolous...when do you think you are going to fix that ppl? I get killed every other games from stupid noobs with low rank....really sad. We are getting bored....why don't u ban the IP address???????????????????

seriously ridiculous so many hackers and nothing being done about it, ip adresses need to be banned there is no other way there used to be secure servers in counter-strike if you logged in with hacks you were instantly booted and your ip was banned so you had to re purchase the game i know it happend to me. Yet in crossfire your just free to run around with one shot kills aim bot wall hack leaving me having to quit game or have my record demolished.

OH REALLY?:O holy @!%^! in 1 MM there was 5 1hit hackers and i just send 1ticket aff i hope someone will ban the rest of them:|

There is no use in banning IPs.

You just restart your router or use vpn-servers to change your IP. And IP range bans would even ban legit players with similar IPs...
