Need Help Finding A Good Graphics Card

I have:
-Dell Inspiron 1764 LAPTOP
-i5 Processor @2.27GHz
-4 Gigs of RAM (3.8 usable whatever that means)
-Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
I don't want to spend a fortune. Just need a decent upgrade from my "Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD"
hey, im thinking of getting a new graphics card too...can u tell me how to find out what graphics card that i have atm? like do i go to control panel or what? -

I don't even know if that is actually my graphics card!
I found it in device manager under "Display Adapters" -
