it has many thing to do in our computer before we can play CF whats up with this what kind of a game is this that needed the anti virus to turned off..never heard of that why is it something to do with anti virus..and its hard following GM Saidin instruction really make my mind dizzy..i wish some in our neighborhood knows what to do in order to run CF game..

This is the full process I have to follow to get crossfire to run > Download, install, play.

If people are having problems you cannot just blame the game. Everyone's system is different with various anti-virus software, firewalls and background programs. Game developers cannot predict what every system with all possible variations will do. This is the same for any software or game and there is always bound to be some people that get problems.

Granted, the support we get from the developers is from perfect. In fact it is really one of the worst support services I have ever known. They would blame this on the fact it is a free to play game, however anyone who pays to contribute towards the game is funding the developer and so paying members should get far better support.

many are complaining its really majority on what has happening to crossfire now game errors, game crash, the game wont start, the client won't load this is the first online game that has many problems. well its the first multiplayer online game though that doesn't need platform like garena. maybe there still adjusting.
