spiking?

so i was playing gm in 1 non hacker room everyone was nice till some first lt told me i lag. like wtf I HAVE 13-21 ping than he told me i spike and lag... i have 15 16 17 18 15 19 21 16 18 ping when i check. so is this lag and spike or was he just qqing just cuz i was ace.

P.S: i told him it was shovel lag but he was like "shovel lag my ***" >.>
P.S.S: i just get the shovel from the badge so
