Dear Z8

I have sent in several support tickets, and I know MANY people who have had the same problems that I have. I don't want to appear rude, but to be completely blunt with you, it is ridiculous how messed up your support system is. Within my several support tickets I told you to reply to me at a certain e-mail address. The statuses always come in as "replied". I check my e-mail and I have nothing from z8games. Then I resend a support ticked. Same status no e-mail. This is a VERY serious issue, please pay attention to this. I'm sorry, but posting on the forums was the most conventional method available.
