you want use to report and not send messages to GM

The dog soldiers play in crossfire and 7 other games. We sent a couple messages to GM's for help with hackers. All we get is told to go the the support page to report. Then after you do it and finish the report it WONT LET YOU SUMMIT the report. What good is it to take the time out to do what you all ask us to do to turn in hackers when it doesnt work and it seems that you all dont care. The honest player suffer while the hackers get rank and ruin the game for everyone else. The only ones that care are the ones NOT HACKING and when people tell the hackers they are going to report them they laugh because they know CrossFire WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO THEM. The hacks i.e.... wall hacks , Aim-bot, OPKers, One-shot kills and everyone knows that the list keeps on going on and on!!! and there is not or has not been a patch to fix this hacks and now you cant even report the hackers. SO now SOMEONE TELL US what WE ARE TO DO IF YOU CANT SEND A MESSAGE TO A GM FOR HELP ?????????? and saying deal with it is not an oppition. people spent money on this game to have fun not to throw it away be not being able to enjoy the game because of hackers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
