Auto-Kick Suggestion + InGame Replay Report

Hey Ppl.
My First post yay.

So I thought about the Hacker Problem in Crossfire and I must say, im really ****ed off.
I don't even play pub anymore and even in Clan Matches are these ***in hackers with their UNREALSKILL Bot/Shoot Thru Wall/One Shot Kill.

And then I had an Idea for an "new/better" Auto Kick System.

If a player get 2 Votes (Two people started a Kick Vote against him) he automaticly gets kicked when the third Votes fails.

I mean if someone gets two kick votes there is some kind of Problem with him.

My second thought goes to an InGame After Match Report "Tool/Button/Option" which helps reporting someone IMEDIATLY after the hack occured.
It would raise the number of reported hackers to an UNBELIVABLE amount bcause some people are just lazy and don't know how to report properly.

It cannot be that hard to implement^^
