Tactical vests

we should allow bullet proof vests for gp. also they should have more mag slots but sacraficing weight so instead of have 30/90 rounds when you spawn you have say 30/180 but have weight added on to it just and idea i put this in here because it says weapons AND gear so just something for y'all to think about
