error message.

hi, everytime i try to join a room or leave a room i get an error. it says send error report and mfc , something to do with problem stoping it working, i have win 7 64 bit. mcafee virusscan enterprise, windows fire wall. ive tryed disableing all anti virus software still get error. i went event log on computer : manage and this is what it says under errors : crossfire.exe
