Unfortunately right now my inbox is full. You will have to send a ticket on this. That may not make sense, but its the only way at current. From what I can get from this message is that there are responses from issues previously that you didn't send?

If actions were taken on your account when you physically weren't on it then your account may be compromised. Unfortunately the account is still responsible for those actions. Since the account information and account security is not the responsibility of us.

And yes, actions taken on the forums or otherwise can result in in-game bans. Like the poster above me.

I break rules everyday. Who doesnt? Breaking rules here means new account. Only break the rules if you can get away with it meaning no paper trail.

I'm not sure who I'm right now. I'm lost in the middle of a game where you suggest something and it gets ignored, you get offended, you try to mention it on the forums and you get banned.
