Buddiepay contact details? Taken my money but no ZP
I just made a purchase for 10000zp from Buddiepay, it said it went through but I've received no e-mail and no points; the money has been taken from my account. I opened a support ticket here through the Z8 site and I also phoned my bank; they told me to first contact the company and try and get them to refund my money (or give me the points I purchased) but Buddiepay's website gives me a 404 error on it's support, FAQ and Contact Us pages. If I get nothing than I'll have to phone back in a few days and get them to contest the charges which will be difficult because they've given me no receipt.
Does ANYBODY have Buddiepay's contact details? like their e-mail? Luckily it was only about £6 I spent but I don't want them to have my money in anycase without getting anything back in return.

I can't remember if I used Buddiepay before but it usually only took a couple of minutes, where it's been over an hour in this case. I'll try and be a bit more patient but I didn't want to leave it too long in this case. I'll do as my bank says and contact them again in a few days if I haven't gotten anything then.
