To those that send in Support Tickets, or the like. Careful about what "Normal" English verbage you are using. As apparently you can be banned for a misunderstanding on their end.

I just had to spend two days explaining the Phrase: "Blow up" ie; Blowing up someones phone vs Physicly blowing up a phone.

This is just an FYI to everyone. So this doesnt happen to you.

Can anyone else think of things that can be miscommunicated to people of less then informed people of modern terminology? Please Post up your Phrase, saying or what have you...as well as the real meaning to it. This way we can, maybe help out those not so knowlegdeable in the subject.

I think they would have to be pretty dumb to get that mixed up unless they're just rushing through them as fast as they can.

Wonder why some of your support tickets get a random reply?

Cause alot of the support team is asian and have little to no english speaking capabilities.

Threatening to blow up a phone, or everyone else is against the rules.

There is only so much patience our staff has. Cross that line and we'll take that action.

We will also be stepping up the rules and the way the staff and moderators handle the forums in the coming days too. People will either learn to abide by them, or be removed. From the forums and/or game as well.
