Problem reporting hackers

they don't respond to hack reports. we never know if the player was banned or even if our hack report was read. they need a better system. like a wall of shame!

they dont give a sht about the players. the real players. all of my reports have been closed and deleted as soon as they are sent.
now watch some mod come in and start telling us what the problem is. ''too many reports'' ''backlogged."
BS! how long has it been since someone was actually banned by a report ? is that why the banlist was removed ? tell us the truth for a change. it is bad enough we have to deal with lying cheats in the game, we dont need it from the company and its tools.

I have reported many people for obvious kinds of hacking (like the ones listed here) and I know that the administrators do absolutely nothing about it. I can easily just click on the clan tab, do a player look up, look at the last time the hacker played (which is listed on their page), and then realize that they were never even banned (completely or even temporarily). There has been people that I have reported months ago that clearly hacked ( I submitted clear evidence in the form of a replay) and nothing was ever done to there account - they continue to play!
