Important problem!

Well. I forgot my security answer. I'm leader of the clan so I must know it! But when I take option:
"I forgot my security answer" and wrote all e-mail GOOD, the information appeared:
"Thank you! Your account information will be sent to your registered email address momentarily." and there's no message on my e-mail adress. Why? Please help! I wait 2 days and NOTHING.
Help me!

Your Options:

1) try doing it again.
2) make sure its the correct e-mail address.
3) Make sure your e-mail is not automatically deleting the message, or marking it as spam.
4) Create another e-mail address on yahoo or something and try having the information sent there.

1) I'm still trying.
2) It's correct, beacouse I can change my password.
3) Everything is OK.
4) I can't chcange my e-mail, becouse I need my security answer

But thank you for your help. ;]
*I have written to support already 3 times and they didn't answer. Why?

You can't have them send information to a different e-mail. Information goes to the one it registered with.
