crashing out of the game (X-trap 30-0400-00000000-002 error)

Ok so this started happening since about last month, at first it was happening rarely and i didn't even care because i could just turn the game on again. Now i can't play even 2 games without it happening. I searched the forums but couldn't find any solution (maybe i didn't look hard enough or it is only happening to me). I didn't reinstall the game because i wasn't sure it would solve the problem. If you find any thread where they solve the problem please give the link so i can finally play without getting crashes.
