Nothing happens after X trap patcher

Hello,
I send you a question because I haven't been able to log in game since the Haloween Patch.
When I launch the game I easilly access to the game''s home page (where you can click on start game or new account).
When I click on ''start game'', the home page vanishes and then, I got the game and the X trap patchers.
Then nothing happened, I don't get any error message.
I've waited for the Christmas patch to see if my problem could be solved by a patch but it did not.
I've already spent much money in my account on CrossFire, that's why I need your help to suceed in launching it.
