Who else's EU/UK ping has gone up?

I now know myself, and about 3 other people who's pings have gone up recently due to the patch. At first I just thought it was my internet but after seeing that it's happened to 3 other people too, I'm starting to doubt that
I used to have a steady 100-110 ping in American servers, but now that seems to have gone all the way up to 170-180 o.o
A few american players ping's seem to have gone down, so I'm wondering if they've moved american servers closer to NA players, which results in it being further away for EU players?
Anybody else from the EU/UK having this issue of their ping going up?
