If he keeps getting constant kills easily then its the noclip hack.
But yeah...community...1/10. If only there were consequences for abusing the kicking system...oh god it would be wonderful. -

It's just I played with him/her the other day.
I'd admit the knowing where I was when I was standing still with Breath Down was a little lame, but, s/he's in Pan[th]ers, so I bit my lip.

Terrible Public community in this game. Especially with the state of which this game is at right now. I'd make private rooms with friends/clanmates/forumers in the meantime.
I believe the community would be better without soo many hacking kids.
That and a better staff and support system. I sent a ticket about a month and 2 weeks ago and no answer

I've never once played in west coast. I'm always in either Alpha 7 or 10 when I pub. Or clan server. lol
You should try it.
Here's what to expect.
It has some really good, well known players and you dont get kicked a lot. Its fun and slightly challenging.
But you might lag if you dont live close to LA.
