No need to be in New York for some snow, here is what ive seen from a window today:

You should notice the flat area cleaned of snow behind the window.. Usualy there is only inclined plane going down, nothing like this:D
Anyway havent seen a snowstorm for years here.. -

i know what thats a nice view u got there.would trade quickly to live out somewhere like that.nothing close to it around here -

When it comes you'll hate it. I'm used to snow, but I still hate it. -20C is normal here. -

The view here can be nice still its nice only to the moment you have to take a shovel and spent half an hour by digging a way for a car

There is a city nearby who use some very aggresive salt, it kinda damaged my leather shoes. Its all puffy and so
Anyway yeah, snow can be fine, i am really looking forward to some skiing in next few days.. -
