[EU] Helping out starting EU Clans.

Well recently i have been helping #Converse quite alot, and since i want to help the community and increase the level of competitive play i would like to start helping out other clans forming them into a scrim / league team that sticks around for more then 2 weeks , I can provide you with Ventrilo*
I can give Advise and support about your clan structure , I can help bringing clanless players to find a good place regarding what you want and what they want this is because i know quite alot players and clans . Its all about how much you want to accept if you just want a ventrilo thats no problemo to with me. So yea hopefully we can get the European clans active / better and stronger so they dont fall apart after a few weeks.

Im in an EU clan, what shud u do if i say that were with 15 in total and 5-8 active, all irl friends. can u change that? because i don't understand what ur gonna do...

I am not changing anything if you would have 8 members i could help you make strats bring your team into the competitve scene in europe and if you dont have a vent you could make use of the Euro Pug vent.

Half the european community are about 12 and have terrible English.
Converse deserve the help as Strapzy is a very positive team leader.
You can only hellp the teams that have the motivation.
I'll teach the gamesense side and aim since you don't have it Mart

Yeah strapz is a brilliant leader that puts the effort in for the clan.
& Its a good idea Mart, EU Team Leaders, you won't get an offer like this again
